I, the undersigned understand that the Reiki session given is for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation to promote healing. I understand very clearly that a Reiki session is not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe, perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I take my animal to a licensed veterinarian or licensed health care professional for any ailment my animal has.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your Animal Reiki Treatment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged for the appointment.

Postponement Policy: Since I will only work with your animal’s permission and acceptance, it is possible that your animal may decide he or she is not open to treatment at the time we have scheduled. If this happens, you will not be charged for that day, and we will reschedule for another time at your convenience.
